How Contracts Work

A contract forms when human and devil agree on terms: the human offers a sacrifice, the devil grants specific power. Contracts are binding by devil nature. Payment must precede power use, making contracts an investment with guaranteed return but non-negotiable cost.

Negotiation Strategies

Contract Limitations

Devils cannot grant power they don't possess. Terms cannot be altered after formation. If a devil dies, its contracts void. Contracts cannot be transferred. These limitations create a strategic landscape where contract management equals combat skill.
