Their contract with the Zombie Devil backfired when Denji transformed into Chainsaw Man and massacred them, beginning the series' cycle of violence.

Gun Devil Flesh Trade

The yakuza became key distributors of Gun Devil fragments on the black market. These fragments, the most valuable commodities in the devil world, were traded internationally. The yakuza network connected Japanese criminals to global arms dealers, creating a devil-powered criminal economy.

Katana Man and Akane

Katana Man, grandson of the yakuza boss Denji killed, became a hybrid through Gun Devil flesh. Akane Sawatari contracted with the Snake Devil. Together they led the assault that killed Himeno, representing the yakuza's peak power and their ultimate destruction by Public Safety.
